Fill out and print our Mail-in Repair Form to be included in your package. Click HERE to download our mail-in form.
Package your device and take it to your preferred mail courier (FEDEX, UPS, USPS).
Please include the mail-in form inside your package.
Email us the tracking number after sending out your package so we’ll know exactly when to expect it.

Once shipped, we will take care of the rest.
Payments are only collected after a successful repair.
Invoice will be sent to the email provided in the repair form. (Please insert correct e-mail).
Payments for mail-in repairs
After we have successfully repaired your device, we will send you an invoice to the email you provided us in the repair mail-in form.
once payment has been collected, we will ship out your device and we will update you with the tracking number for your package.
